High Chest Breathing in Singing Hurts!

High chest breathing in singing hurts! I am referring to clavicle or clavicular breathing. This type of breathing is high chest breathing and used within most non singers. An exaggerated example of this type of breathing is found in the following; a runner runs a race and first signs of their breathing are very high in the chest with shoulders moving...
