- I am going to a school that has a focus in the arts. i am going in for theatre arts. i have done a lot of things in my area but not major roles. i do alot of crew work and i am about to be assissant stage manager for Richard III. i am crazy about musical theatre and theatre. it touches me in my heart that i just dont know how to explain. yeah yeah i know cheesey!! but it is very true. this past may i went to NYC and saw Wicked, Lion King, and Spring Awakening. Wicked and Spring Awakening i already knew all the words and could tell the story backwards. my friends would get annoyed with me because i would start talking bout them and they wouldnt have a clue what i was talking about. it is hard to deal with sometimes but i now have this and my school that im going to!

PS I wasjust in NYC and saw "The Bully Pulpit"and "Damn Yankees" both were great!
I think I will start doing things... maybe start off stage and then if I get the nerve up, I might actually try out...
I actually haven't done any... I'm not comfortable singing in front of people even though my chorus teacher thinks I have great potential...
but I have seen Jesus Christ Superstar and Dreamgirls at our local theater and I saw Rent on tour. In New York I saw Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, Tarzan and Hairspray!
I can't wait to go back, I really want to see Legally Blonde, Mamma Mia, Chicago, Spring Awakening... I would really love to see all the shows on Broadway, that would be GREAT!!!!
