- About Me:
- Roger Ellis is an eclectic actor, singer, dancer, writer and choreographer. He loves the collaborative nature of the arts and is constantly looking for opportunities to grow as an artist.
Roger has played Hortensio in The Taming of the Shrew, Michael in Bang Bang You're Dead, Lumiere in Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Billy in Anything Goes and performed in the ensembles of Ragtime and Urinetown.
Roger's acting instructors include D. Lance Marsh, Paul Beidler and Todd Sautner. He has studied voice with Dr. Jennifer Kerber, John Huntington, Keith Hancock and Katie Coffey. He has taken ballet, jazz, tap and theatre dance at STR Dance, Saddleback College and Oklahoma City University.
Roger is a member of the Generation Blessed Gospel Choir, The American Spirit Dance Company and a Clara Luper Scholarship recipient.
Roger is a junior Dance Performance Major in the Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Arts Management at Oklahoma City University.
