Two summers ago I interned at a theatre in New London NH called The New London Barn Playhouse I had a very nice experience there. Here is the link to their website
My boss from the Barn Playhouse owns a theate in the Lakes Region of NH the website there is
You can also do a google search for summer stock theatrs in NH and Massachuetts and see what you come up. I know that most theatres are holding audtions for Bostons in March I don't have the link to that website handy right now though :)
