At 9:59am on October 6, 2009, Matt Fried said…: I did a play, "Red Noses", in college. Leading up to the opening, a whole rash of injuries and sickness befell the cast. I got food poisoning and bronchitis. Then - after opening night - I was sweeping my girlfriend off her feet (literally) and threw my back out. I still had to do 11 more shows with a bad back! Damn karma.
