How are you?

We are getting ready to launch SKIT SKAT '09 on September 17th.

SKIT SKAT was designed to give local and out-of-state performers a chance to perform in front of the press, industry, and the good public of New York City in a 250 capacity venue.

Grand prize this year is $1,000, representation, custom-made art as well as press and other awards. Last years winners, FUCT, are now fully represented courtesy of SKIT SKAT and are in negotiations to open up for an open-ended run in November.

We are looking for talent, I really encourage you to submit your work!!

Submission packets must include:

• Completed application
• A short bio of comedy act
• Graphics and logo (if applicable)
• Reviews and press (if applicable)
• Application fee of $35
• DVD of material
• Press photo
• SASE for notification purposes

Application fees in the form of check or money order must be made payable to our parent company: Black Apple International, LLC.

The trick is to go with the wind to see where it leads and learn as you did. Others resist and end up broken...I didn't have it as hard as it soundl like you did, but once I got to college I went for 4 1/2 years, attended 4 schools and had 5 majors. I ended up with a BA in Psychology with only 15-18 hrs. left on the other 4 majors. Three cheers for the wind that can also be a gentle breeze!
