Did you get your acceptance packet in the mail yet? When do we get them?

Im also applying to Cal State Fullerton, UCI and Cornish College of the Arts.
Aswell as filling out scholarship apps like crazy :\
My only problem, is going to be figuring out exactly how I'll be paying for AMDA.

$8,000 scholarship too! They called last night.....omigod. I am so happy right now.

Haha, yeah... I did an audition workshop in my Acting 2 class, so... lao. I know how professional auditions go. =P But yeha, mine was also pretty laid back for ASU, but we audition for three people; one of which is the head of the Shcool of Theatre and Film. And the guy probably had you do different things to see if you could take direction or not.

Intergrated, yes, but I'm also looking into the BFA program now as I know it would be better to have an actual degree than just a certificate (and I want to please my parents; how sad.) Even though if I did get into the intergrated program in NY, I could still do an online class for an "actual" academic".

And I so knew you would be a first soprano, of all things. You ahve that ingenue look to you. =P And so if your voice lowers, keep working on that high stuff and you'll have a massive range!

How was the audition process? Was there an interview? (I'm on a "call back" list... they thought I was a senior in HS, not a sophomore in college... So they'll call me in the early spring to set an audition date for fall semester)

And totally off topic, but are you a soprano? You LOOK like a crazy high soprano... character soprano.

I'm honestly just not going to think about it, and let fate decide..lol. Mostly, am glad that I got the experiance of a college audition down, and this will probably allow me to be more prepared for the next one.
I think that AMDA has a fantastic program, and the BFA program is exactly what I'm looking for. After listening to the group meeting, it just sounds better and better. But, the cost is rather expensive. If I don't get in...oh well, and If I do....I suppose we shall make it work. Luckly my dad is very supportive. Hopefully I whored my self out enough in those essays to get some money.......lol!

Didn't you just love John and Rachel and Hays? Lol..I felt it was really good having talked to them all previously, because Rachel and John both remembered me.

Let me know if you hear anything, and vice versa! It was so nice meeting you and James. Even just knowing I wasn't the only one in this, made the whole process alot easier.
