- About Me:
- I LIVE for musicals. I currently attend St. Joseph's College in Brooklyn for Communications. I try to live positively and happily. I want to work in the professional theater world because there is no other feeling like the one when you enter a Broadway (or local) theater. For 2+ hours you're overwhelmed with the passion, talent, and hope of what you see in front of you.
My ultimate goal is to become a professional casting director.
On August 8th, 2007 I saw A Chorus Line. It's always been one of my favorites, but my favorite moment was in the first 5 minutes. In the opening number, at least 15 dancers are cut, and aren't seen again until the finale. If those 15 actors worked their whole life to be on Broadway for 5 minutes 8 times a week, there is no reason to never stop trying.
I'm not picky when it comes to shows. we all have our favorites, but I think it's incredible how you can walk into a theater one night and something in that piece will strike you, so you keep going back.
