- About Me:
- Right now I make my living teaching theatre, but my long-term goal is to run a theatre company that combines my passion for developing new theatre, celebrating established theatre and educate the next generation of theatre artists. I want a place where I can write, direct and help others to grow artistically. Myself and my business partner, Amy Holson-Schwartz, have formed Festival Arts for this purpose.
As far as the things I do that don't make me money, at the moment I'm the composer of a new musical called Facing East based on the play by Carol Lynn Pearson. We will be workshopping in NY this fall with a new production in Chicago next season, and from there... who knows?

God, I miss that show. But Ragtime is awesome. Every time I do a show with this company, it ends up being one of my favorites.
I wish I could be there for the upcoming Merrily! I live in Northern California and it's during my college auditions and Ragtime tech week. I hope they record it though, I'll watch it on Netflix, or if I need to break out the old lady in me, I'll watch it on PBS.
Ah yes, I'm currently in Merrily withdrawal after playing Mary last Fall.
The other Inc I can think of is Buffalo Nickel Photoplay Inc from Ragtime. I'm currently rehearsing for Ragtime where I'll be playing Mother.
