Broadway Horoscopes-
July

Cancer (June 21 - July 22)
You’ve had a hard
time lately, Cancer. Auditions have not been going your way.
Friends have been getting parts you feel you deserve. Shows you’ve
wanted to see have been sold out. The universe seems against you,
but it’s all going to change with the eclipse on the 11th. You’ll
feel a new positive energy and, as though a switch has been
flipped, auditions and life will start going your way again. Be
ready for these changes, and let your new energy lead you to see
the new casts of A Little Night Music and Love, Loss, and
What I Wore. Power Days: 11, 12, 20

Leo (July 23 - August 22)
Don’t underestimate your power to talk your way through a sticky
situation this month, Leo, with Saturn entering Libra in your house
of communications. You’re going to need it during your next show
when the cast and crew aren’t working together as they should. Stay
calm and in control, and the show will go on because of you.
Everyone will be grateful and may even take you out to thank you.
Let your celebration lead you to
The 39 Steps and
Come
Fly Away.
Power Days: 23, 25, 26
Virgo (August 23 - September 22)
Virgo, you have been lazy, feeling that procrastination is the best
option, but come the 21st you’ll be wasting time no longer. Saturn
is entering your house of finances, followed by Mercury, and the
two will bring much-needed order to your life. Planetary movement
in your houses of personality and appearance will be the final push
you need as you book a new show, start producing a new project, and
plan some group outings to the theatre. Your efficiency will lead
you to see everything, but first Our Town and La Cage aux
Folles. Power Days: 2, 17, 26
Libra (September 23 - October 22)
You’ve been noticing lately, Libra, that you haven’t been getting
the roles you should be getting. Your talent is there, and the
roles are right, but something is off, and that something just may
be your presentation. By the time Saturn comes into your house of
personality and appearance on the 21st, however, you’ll be well on
your way to fixing this little problem, and once you do, you’ll get
any role you want. Take your new and improved self on the town to
see
In the Heights and
Avenue Q.
Power Days: 3,
8, 25

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)
You are going to get a lot of shows this month, Scorpio, so be
prepared to take off quickly and never slow down. Jupiter and
Uranus will be prominent in your house of work, so it may be worth
it only to take the shows that interest you the most, the ones you
really love, or you’ll be going from one show to another to another
without really investing in any of them. Don’t forget to take a
breather—you’re going to need it! Relax during your rare breaks
with
American Idiot and
Chicago.
Power Days: 6,
17, 18

Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21)
Close quarters during rehearsal and show time will bring you and
your friends even closer this month, Sagittarius. People you may
not even have thought of as friends will soon become part of your
inner circle, some possibly becoming a bit more than friends. Keep
an eye open during the solar eclipse on the 11th, and you just
might have a new relationship on your hands. In the meantime, enjoy
the fun times with your friends by seeing
Come Fly Away and
Next to Normal.
Power Days: 4, 5, 16

Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)
You’ve been very caught up in your career lately, Capricorn, and
you’re not letting up. Your own planet Saturn will enter your house
of career on the 21st, and by then your 5-year plan towards your
Tony Award will be well under way. Try to step back, however, and
be open to opportunities not mapped out. There’s more in the stars
for you. When planning out your theatre-going month, make room for
the career-oriented characters in
Race and
Jersey
Boys.
Power Days: 1, 2, 17

Aquarius (January 20 - February 18)
Someone’s moving in this month, Aquarius, upsetting your overall
balance. Jupiter and Uranus are in your house of siblings and
neighbors, and they aren’t settling down. You have a lot to focus
on, though, so don’t let a friend or family member distract you
from memorizing your lines, sending out resumes and headshots, or
seeing the shows you want to see. They may need a couch to crash
on, but you’re still in control. If you want to see a show, just
bring them along! Your generosity will steer you towards seeing
South Pacific and
Memphis.
Power Days: 8, 23,
26

Pisces (February 19 - March 20)
You’ve been going back and forth over whether you want to commit to
a life in theatre, Pisces, and this month you’re going to make a
decision. When Saturn enters your house of one-to-one relationships
on the 21st, be ready. Ask for advice from friends and family, but,
ultimately, the decision is up to you. Give it a lot of thought,
but remember that you can always change your mind down the road.
Celebrate your decision by seeing
Fela! and
Merchant of
Venice.
Power Days: 7, 17, 22

Aries (March 21 - April 19)
Make sure you are prepared for all your auditions this month,
Aries, because come the 21st, Saturn will cause a new relationship
to throw you for a loop. This relationship could zap all your
energy, so make sure you are on the top of your game when you step
out on that stage. Balancing work and this new relationship will be
hard, but since you are already very diligent, you should adjust
well to your new lifestyle. While you still have some free time,
though, let yourself veg out at
The Addams Family and
Billy Elliot.
Power Days: 4, 14, 27

Taurus (April 20 - May 20)
You’ve accumulated a lot of fans, Taurus, both at the theater and
in the romance department. Four planets will be passing through
your house of lovers, which is enough to send your popularity meter
through the roof. Don’t be surprised if you get a group of
autograph hounds after a show, or even notes from admirers. You’ll
have your hands full trying to accommodate as many of them as you
can, but if you become overwhelmed, it doesn’t hurt to be
selective. Try hiding from your personal Paparazzi at
The
Winter’s Tale and
Lend Me a Tenor.
Power Days: 2,
8, 14

Gemini (May 21 - June 20)
Be prepared to come into some money this month, Gemini. The Sun and
Mercury are in your house of finances, making monetary matters
bright and cheery. You can finally go on that theatre binge you’ve
been desiring, and if you are not currently in New York City, this
is the perfect time to visit for some summer theatre fun. Let your
healthy finances lead you to the hot tickets
Wicked and
Fences.
