recommendations for musicals/plays to see :)

i have many shows already but i am looking for new ones to see.

ones that i've seen that are on..

The Lion King, Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, Mary Poppins, Mamma Mia, West Side Story, and i'm seeing In The Heights in April.

 

Recomend any musicals or plays?

 

*Hair, Next to Normal, and Billy Elliot are my top 3 to see next..or any reviews for those 3 shows..

**how is in the heights? (i'm in love with the soundtrack!)

See Hair. It is seriously one of the most beautiful, hysterical, and touching shows I've seen. And you'll see the BRAND NEW cast! Which I've heard were AMAZING.

Hair is amazing. I highly, highly recommend that. Next to Normal, too.

I also just saw Yank! at the York Theatre Company, and was blown away. I haven't been as moved by a piece of musical theatre since the first time I saw Next to Normal, and Bobby Steggert is giving one of the best performances I've ever seen. It closes on April 4th, so definitely wouldn't miss that show.

As for plays, A Lie of the Mind was incredible, but I think the rest of the run is sold out.

Next to Normal! is a MUST see show went twice i HAVE to fo see it again it's AMAZING, OR Hair is a FANTASTIC show too.

I saw it when Morrosion and O'Hara were still there... It's a good show. Sad to hear it's closing in August.
