Has anyone heard anything about whose gunna be Peter Parker in Spiderman?

If anyone knows whose gunna be in the show at all actually I'd like to know.
Also what does everyone think about Spiderman being a musical?

I don't believe that's even a rumor- it was suggested by a Time Out NY columnist awhile back.

Knowing him he would probably turn it down if he got asked to play peter in spiderman

There has been a lot of rumors. I haven't heard about John Gallagher Jr.
I have a personal friend who auditioned and got a callback in New York and he's still waiting for a reply.

I was looking at Broadway. Com and they were saying Evan Rachel Wood (from Across The Universe) and Alan Cumming are set to be in the Spiderman musical....that will be interesting

Yeahh that is a huge rumor going around,because originally when they were just doing the read through a lot of the across the universe cast were reading parts. But if they are just going to give it to them why would they have an open call for the part then send people to NYC to audition for Julie?

the open calls around the country were for mary jane, peter and female villian and all their understudies... i went to the one in seattle, it was fun

My friend got a callback for Peter and he went to NYC and he said it wen't well. How'd your audition go?

Really well, i didn't get a call back because i'm 14 and they were looking for someone b/t the ages 16 and 20.

they seemed into me until they found out my age....

There is a lot going around abt the main guy in across the universe, Jim Sturgess, landing the role of Peter Parker.

Yup, there have been a lot of rumors about John Gallagher Jr. And Alan Cumming and Evan Rachel Wood are confirmed. Maybe Spiderman would seem more appealing with them in it.
