Barbizon Call?

I received a call from Barbizon Modeling and Acting Schools today, out of the blue. Any one have experience with Barbizon or know someone who has?

A friend of mine has some experience with them, but I don't know to what extent. What did they say on the phone?

I've heard it's a huge scaming agency... Aparently they ask you for money and A LOT up-front.

Do A LOT of research.

There was a whole segment on 60 minutes on how it's a scam.

Alsoooo apparently, one class is 2 grand and it's only 60 minuets.

If you want to model, send your headshots or whatever out to agencies... It's free.

If you want the acting aspect... Go elsewhere. I highly doubt they have big-name professionals teaching classes.
