If You could star in A Broadway Show...

If You could star in A Current Broadway Show waht would it be and what role would you play? What about a more traditional show if you did chose a current show at first? What would your dream cast be??

For me I would choose Spring Awakening and would totally play Ilse! For a more traditional feel I would play Eponnie in Les Miserable. For Spring Awakening totally the Original On Broadway cast; No question!!!

Eponine in Les Miserables is a dream role. So is Kim in Miss Saigon.
For fun though? I want nothing more than to be Serena in Legally Blonde.

Currently on Broadway:
either Roxie Hart, Velma Kelly, Mama Morton in "Chicago" as I LOVE the songs "Roxie," "All That Jazz," and "When You're Good to Mama"...

No longer on Broadway:
Christine in "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" just so I could do the songs "Oklahoma?" & "Here I Am"
Columbia in "The Rocky Horror Show" - hey, gotta do the "Time Warp"!

Traditional Broadway (if I had the voice):
Mama Rose in "Gypsy" or Mrs Lovett in "Sweeney Todd"...

NON-traditional Broadway:
Phantom in "Phantom of the Opera" (Music of the Night); Judas in "Jesus Christ Superstar" (Heaven On Their Minds);
Pippin in "Pippin" (Corner of the Sky); Billy Flynn in "Chicago" (We Both Reached For the Gun); and last but not least, Nanki-Poo in "The Mikado" (A Wand'ring Minstrel, I)...

I would probably want to star in Tarzan as Jane because I really really love her character, and the songs she has to sing. I really like the show too, but that's not currently on BWAY. I would also like to star as Julia Sullivan in The Wedding Singer, but that's not current either.

So current show.... It would have to be Ariel in The Little Mermaid. I just recently saw that show, and it just made me fall in love with Ariel even more. She is a great character, and her songs are fantasitc!!! And wearing the costumes that she wears would be a bonus too!!

If I could be cast in ANY role I wanted of the shows that are open right now, probably Raoul in Phantom or Marius or Enjolras in Les Mis. I'm not sure what you mean by "traditional" show. My all time favorite dream roles are The Phantom and Captain Hook. But Raoul is more realistic if it were right now and Captain Hook just seems like a very very fun role to play.

Hmm... I would love to play Wendla in SPring Awakening. That is the most amazing show I've ever seen! A more traditional role I'd play would be Liesl in the The Sound of Music. I have to agree with you Samantha the OBC of Spring Awakening is absolutely my dream cast so I would choose them too!

I'd love to play margot in Legally blonde!! I know every single move for that part and all the singing part!! For a more traditional I'd love to play Aida, or Mrs. Lovett.

if i can star in a current musical i would choose Legally Blonde as on of Elle's sorority friends. They are so funny! For a more traditional play i would want to be in Phantom of the Opera as Meg, Christine's friend. My dream cast would be hmm any of the main characters from Legally Blonde and Spring Awakening.
